This paper presents findings from an online survey among Austrian museum professionals, conducted as part of the Kura:Div project. The survey examined how diversity and inclusion are considered in exhibition planning, what strategies and accessibility measures exist, how their effectiveness is evaluated, and how museums collaborate with external communities. Results show that while the majority of institutions acknowledge audience diversity and have taken first steps toward inclusion, efforts are often fragmented, project-based, and reliant on individual initiatives rather than embedded in institutional structures.en_US
